There are fewer Catholic iPad apps on the iTunes Store (only about 90, compared with more than 350 Catholic iPhone apps), but there's something about the wide-open space of the iPad screen that makes some of these apps look gorgeous. You will notice that the readers of the About.com Catholicism GuideSite chose some of the same apps for both Best Catholic iPhone App and Best Catholic iPad App, but once you've seen those apps on an iPad, you will realize that there's no comparison.
