Indulgences

Indulgences are the remission, in whole or in part, of the temporal punishment that is attached to the sins we have committed. By earning indulgences through prayer and other acts of charity, we can lessen our time in Purgatory or help those who are currently in Purgatory. Learn more about indulgences, including the requirements for specific indulgences, here.
