Ask a Question
Like all the Guides at About.com, I'm a real person. You can email me at firstname.lastname@example.org. I can't promise to respond to every e-mail (I receive far too many, and sometimes finding the real ones is like searching for a needle in a vat of spam), but if you make your question clear and concise and use an obviously non-spammy subject line (begin the subject line with "QUESTION:"), I'll do my best to give you an answer as soon as I can (usually within 48 hours).
Check Out the FAQs
I'll update this page frequently with links to FAQs, and you should check to see whether the answer to your question might be found there before e-mailing me. You might save yourself some time that way!
Visit the Forums
The forums are another useful resource. Often, common questions have been discussed at length on the forums, and forum members are eager to help when you have a question that hasn't been discussed.
Make a Suggestion
Feel free to e-mail me with suggestions as well (begin the subject line with "SUGGESTION:" to help me weed these e-mails out from the spam). This site is meant to serve as a resource for Catholics and for those wanting to learn more about the Catholic Church. If there is some piece of content you'd like to see, or if there's something that you think is particularly good or useful and you'd like to see more of it, just let me know!
