Voting in the 2013 About Catholicism Readers' Choice Awards has been under way for only three days now, but we've already logged almost 6,000 votes across all ten categories.
That's a tremendous response, to say the least, especially since we still have over three weeks to go!
If you've already voted, thank you; but now is not the time to rest on your laurels. You can vote once every 24 hours in each category on every day of the voting period (February 19 through March 19). So make sure to come back to the About.com Catholicism GuideSite every day and cast your vote in each of the categories.
Every couple of days, I will highlight one of the races here in the Catholicism blog, and you'll be able to vote directly from the blog post.
So, as they say here in Illinois, vote early and vote often, especially if your favorite Catholic book is running behind. And make sure to spread the word: Click here to post the voting page for Best Catholic Book of 2012 to Twitter; and click here to post it to your Facebook wall.
By the way, if you'd ever like to see how the contests are shaping up in this or any other category, simply go to the Interim Results in the 2013 About Catholicism Readers' Choice Awards.
