It is with a profound mixture of sadness and great joy that I announce that our forum moderator for the past 15 months, Steven Hepburn, will soon be leaving us. Under Steven's leadership, the Catholicism Forum has grown slowly but steadily, and I and many longtime forum members will miss him greatly.
My joy comes in announcing that Steven will be entering a Carthusian Charterhouse as a postulant shortly after Easter. The Carthusians are one of the most rigorous of contemplative orders, long known for their absolutely fidelity to the Catholic Faith in the face of all obstacles.
And so I'm asking all readers today to do two things: First, even if you have never visited the forum before, go to the forum and say goodbye to our moderator. And second, please keep Steven in your prayers as he embarks on this new stage in his spiritual journey.
May God grant him many years.
