2008 in Review: October

Marriage, the U.S. presidential election, and questions about the fundamentals of the Catholic faith were among the topics explored in October 2008. From ways to improve your marriage to the political debate over "gay marriage," from the rosary to Purgatory to Communion under both kinds, we ended the month with that most controversial of secular--and sacred!--holidays, Halloween. And, in a sign of things to come, an Orthodox monk offered some advice on watching our pocketbooks.
