Beautiful photo! Where is it?
It’s in the museum in the basement of St. Anne’s Catholic Church on Mackinac Island. It was the original baptismal font for the church.
How lovely. I’ll bet the new font isn’t as breathtaking…just a guess.
Very Beautiful. I like the concept of “baptism by desire.” I’m not sure how valid babtism with out desire is, but suppose duty has it’s merit. very thought provoking.
