You can find Jennifer's recipes, as well as recipes from other About.com food guides, in "Lenten Recipes: Meatless Recipes for Lent and Throughout the Year."
If you like fish, make sure to try Jennifer's delightful recipe for Baked Fish in Horseradish Sauce. It's easy to make, and very tasty!
